Wuyi Cliff-Grown Tea is a semi-fermented tea from Wuyi mountain of Fujian province, China. The raw leaves come from unique tea plants that grow amid rocks and cliffs. Only quality whole leaves are used. Picked and processed entirely by hand, the leaves are tightly twisted into stout, taut strips. The tea infusion is smooth, rich and refreshing, with a very unique mix of minerality and earthiness (“Rock Bone”) and floral aroma. It is a great cup to sip throughout the day especially as a digestif after a meal.
