Brewing Method
Add 5g of tea leaves to the porcelain brewing vessel. Pour in approximately 150ml of water with temperature of 95°C – 100°C. Steep for approximately 40 seconds. Serve. Re-steep the leaves in a similar manner to enjoy the tea as it develops from steep to steep; continue re-steeping until the leaves are exhausted of flavor.
