Mulan Imperial Red

Mulan Imperial Red is our house brand Black Tea originated from the Wuyishan city in Fujian province. Mulan Imperial Red has unique smoky aroma because leaves are dried over smoking pine fires. When finished they are thick, glossy black strips of leaves. The liquor is rich and sweet with a lightly taste of longan and black dates infusion. Good for breakfast and tea time. Drink without or with a little sugar and milk.

Brewing Method
Add 5g of tea leaves to the porcelain brewing vessel. Pour in approximately 150ml of water with temperature of 85°C – 95°C. Steep for approximately 30 seconds. Serve. Re-steep the leaves in a similar manner to enjoy the tea as it develops from steep to steep; continue re-steeping until the leaves are exhausted of flavor.
