Semi-fermented tea hailed from the superior ecological environment of the foggy mountainous area of Fenghuang (literally, phoenix) in Chauzhou, Guangdong Province, China. Tea leaves are plucked from single truck trees and processed individually. This meticulous process yields leaves that are varied in their physical appearance but unique in their pronounced aroma. The strips of Fenghuang Dan Cong are stout and straight with a yellow-brownish luster. The clear orange-yellow liquor is very aromatic with natural floral and fruity flavour. Refreshing and mellow, it has a long-lasting pleasant after-taste. With an inherent, lingering highland flavour, it is a delightful tea to sip at leisure.
