Premium King Of White Peony

White Tea is minimally processed and the least fermented among the different types of tea. Withered, air dried in the sun (or dried on smoldering fire), it exemplifies a simple and natural approach to tea processing. A much sought-after Chinese tea hailed from the Fujian Province, white tea comes in different categories and grades, depending on the variety of tea cultivar and the bud-leaf proportion.

Made from the beautiful silvery-white downy buds and greyish-green leaves, this tea produces a clear apricot-like yellowish liquor with a pronounced fragrance and a brisk, sweet flavour.

Brewing Method
Add 5g of tea leaves to the porcelain brewing vessel. Pour in approximately 150ml of water with temperature of 85°C – 95°C. Steep for approximately 45 seconds. Serve. Re-steep the leaves in a similar manner to enjoy the tea as it develops from steep to steep; continue re-steeping until the leaves are exhausted of flavor.
